About This Role
As a Performance Marketing Executive at 4KMEDIA, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
This is a results-driven role.
You will be measured on ROI, cost efficiency, lead quality, and campaign scalability — not just impressions or clicks.
You will collaborate closely with Social Media Managers, Content Writers, Designers, and the Sales team to align paid campaigns with business goals.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns.
- Proven track record of generating leads, conversions, or sales through Meta and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel performance strategy (TOF, MOF, BOF).
- Skills and measurable results matter more than formal education. Degree is not mandatory with proven performance outcomes.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and optimizing for CPA/ROAS.
- Strong analytical ability and reporting discipline.
Responsibilities
- 1. Campaign Strategy & Setup Plan and execute campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Structure campaigns based on business goals (lead generation, sales, awareness). Define targeting, creatives, and funnel strategy.
- 2. Optimization & Scaling Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns. Improve CTR, reduce CPA, and increase ROAS. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and copy. Scale winning campaigns strategically.
- 3. Analytics & Reporting Track campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion rate. Submit structured weekly performance updates. Prepare detailed monthly performance reports with insights and next-step recommendations.
- 4. Collaboration & Funnel Alignment Work with content and design teams for ad creatives. Align landing pages with campaign objectives. Ensure tracking setup using Meta Pixel, Google Tag, and conversion tracking tools.
- 5. Budget & Performance Control Manage ad budgets responsibly. Monitor performance fluctuations and troubleshoot issues quickly. Ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
- Experience with conversion tracking setup.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Remote work discipline and accountability.
- (Bonus) Experience with landing page optimization (CRO basics).
- (Bonus) Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
- (Bonus) Experience running YouTube Ads.
- (Bonus) Understanding of lead nurturing funnels.
