About This Role
As a Graphic Designer at 4KMEDIA, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content for multiple client brands across social media and digital platforms.
This is a performance-driven design role where visuals must support engagement, clarity, and conversion.
You will work closely with Social Media Managers, Video Editors, and the performance team to ensure brand consistency and measurable output.
Ownership, speed, and execution discipline are critical.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on graphic design experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, carousels, ad creatives, and branding work.
- Skills and execution capability matter more than formal education. A degree is not mandatory if practical results can be demonstrated.
- Proven experience designing for Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital ad formats.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
- Experience working with marketing or content teams in collaborative environments.
Responsibilities
- 1. Social Media & Digital Creatives Design high-performing Instagram posts, carousels, and LinkedIn creatives. Create ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns. Adapt designs across formats while maintaining consistency.
- 2. Branding & Visual Consistency Maintain brand identity across all deliverables. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and tone. Improve visual clarity and engagement value of content.
- 3. Collaboration & Execution Work closely with Social Media Managers for content direction. Interpret briefs accurately and deliver within deadlines. Suggest design improvements proactively. Optimize designs based on performance feedback.
- 4. File Management & Workflow Maintain organized design files and version control. Deliver export-ready files optimized for platform specifications.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Canva proficiency (for fast-turnaround social creatives).
- Understanding of social media design trends and platform formats.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and composition.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Time management and deadline discipline.
- (Bonus) Basic motion graphics knowledge.
- (Bonus) Basic video editing fundamentals.
- (Bonus) Understanding of ad creative psychology (hook visuals, CTA placement).
- (Bonus) Knowledge of branding strategy fundamentals.
