About This Role

As a Business Development Executive at 4KMEDIA, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, pitching services, and closing deals for digital marketing services.

This is a target-driven revenue role requiring persuasion, consistency, and follow-up discipline.

You will directly contribute to agency growth through client acquisition and relationship building.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (agency or service industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus).
  • Skills and closing ability matter more than formal education. Degree is not mandatory with proven sales performance.
  • Understanding of digital marketing services (SMM, video production, performance marketing, branding).
  • Comfort working in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Lead Generation Identify and research potential clients (startups, local businesses, brands). Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and networking. Maintain structured lead database and pipeline tracking.
  • 2. Client Pitching & Closing Present 4KMEDIA services clearly and confidently. Understand client pain points and propose relevant solutions. Prepare proposals and pricing discussions. Follow up consistently to close deals.
  • 3. Revenue & Target Management Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Maintain clear reporting of pipeline status. Track conversion ratios and improve closing strategy.
  • 4. Relationship Management Maintain long-term client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams during onboarding. Ensure smooth handover to execution team after closure.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Confident communication and presentation ability.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • CRM or lead tracking discipline.
  • Understanding of pricing structures and service positioning.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
  • (Bonus) Experience selling digital marketing or creative services.
  • (Bonus) Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or social media marketing.
  • (Bonus) LinkedIn outreach experience.
  • (Bonus) Proposal writing experience.
  • (Bonus) Strong local business network (AP / Telangana)
